Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the jc99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use jc99's services, you must meet the following requirements:

- Register only one account in your own name — multiple accounts created by the same individual are not permitted.

Account Creation & Security
Each user is allowed only one active account on jc99. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. jc99 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or false registration details.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and login details confidential.
- Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.
- Notifying jc99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Not sharing your account with any other party for any reason.
Jc99 reserves the right to freeze any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, use of multiple identities, or any breach of these terms while an investigation is conducted. jc99's decisions regarding account security are final.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Jc99 platform users agree to use this service responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to manipulate game outcomes or the betting process.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Placing opposing bets (arbitrage) in violation of platform rules.
- Depositing funds via unauthorised methods or using another party's payment information without their consent.
- Distributing unlawful, threatening, or defamatory content in any communication channel provided by the platform.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or carrying out any form of security attack.
Jc99 reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending accounts, voiding related transactions, and reporting to the relevant authorities, should there be evidence of a breach of these terms.
Payment, Transaction & Currency Information
All transactions on the jc99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Important notes on transactions:
- Deposits: Deposited funds may only be used for activities within the jc99 platform. Deposits are non-refundable except under circumstances specified in our withdrawal policy.
- Withdrawals: All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification. Processing times vary depending on the selected method.
- Confirmation: jc99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a protective measure for all parties involved.
- Jc99 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment providers during transaction processing.

Liability Limits & Account Policy
Jc99 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting or gaming outcomes. All betting and gaming activities carry financial risk, and users are solely responsible for the decisions they make.
Jc99 is also not liable for:
- Service disruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Losses resulting from delays or processing failures caused by third parties.
- Any fraudulent actions carried out by a third party against a user's account where the user failed to report it in a timely manner.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials on the jc99 platform are the exclusive property of jc99 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. jc99 is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of those websites.
Jc99 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
